Gameplan:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Add the quinoa for the Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash Quinoa Salad to a pot or rice cooker and start cooking.

Make the dressing for the Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash Quinoa Salad and toss the quinoa, squash and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

Stir the spinach and parsley into the Instant Pot Sausage and Lentil Soup.

Bring the water to a boil for the beans and saute the carrot for the Mediterranean Stuffed Pork Tenderloin.

Cook the turkey for the Turkey Tenderloin with Cauliflower Stuffing.

Finish the green beans for the Mediterranean Stuffed Pork Tenderloin.

Slice up the proteins.
